EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Cianfrone is the Principal Project Architect and Design
Architect with experience in the design and development
of a large range of projects involving new construction
and renovations for municipal, institutional, and commercial
buildings. A great deal of his experience has been gained
through his involvement from the conceptual stage, through
design, to construction review, and post-construction follow-up.
During his extensive background he has been involved in
numerous projects with McMaster University, Wilfrid Laurier
University, The City of Hamilton, multinational corporations,
and private developers.

POSITION:
Mr. Adam heads the design team at Cianfrone Architect Inc.
His broad background includes extensive experience with
programming of user needs, and establishing design concepts
and related matters for numerous institutional, commercial
and residential projects. Although most of his time is spent
on design, he also is involved in all aspects of the practice.
His skills include architectural illustration, which has
proven valuable in developing and communicating design concepts.
EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Adam has extensive experience with a diverse range
of projects in his 25 years in the architectural field including
award winning residential and institutional projects. His
experience includes the design of institutional projects,
municipal buildings, commercial projects and residential
developments. Having spent time with a design-build construction
company, Mr. Adam also has had first hand experience with
the construction process. This experience has been valuable
in developing a realistic cost conscious design approach.
