St. Jeromes Rennovation, Kitchener
Renovation of the 1907 St. Jerome's College Building
for re-use as the Faculty of Social Work for Wilfrid Laurier
University. The project will involve a complete interior
renovation for approximately 300 Graduate Students and
Faculty. Restoration of the exterior will maintain the
heritage significance of this designated building. Lecture
rooms, meeting rooms, faculty offices and public spaces
for community interaction will be the highlight for the
re-use of this building in rejuvenating downtown Kitchener.

Student Residence Wilfrid Laurier University
Renovation of an 1880 Second Empire Style Federal Building
in Brantford Ontario into a 57 Bed Student Residence for
Wilfrid Laurier University. The project involved a sensitive
design for the construction a third floor over a 1950's
addition to compliment the original federal building.
Interior suites were woven amongst existing elements resulting
in unique spaces. The complete renovation of the interiors
and exterior of this building provided another key element
for the expanding Wilfrid Laurier Brantford campus.

St Paul's United Church, Ontario
The project involved renovating and upgrading the 80 year-old Church and connecting
the adjacent Sunday school. A common link was designed into the heart of the
facility to provide disabled access to five different floor levels, which included
the Sanctuary, Gymnasium, Recreation Rooms, Offices, and Classrooms of the facility,
while maintaining the historic character of the church.

Christ Church Flamborough, Dundas
An addition and renovation to a 150 year old Anglican church for offices, Sunday
school and community rooms. The project was praised and received an award from
the Dundas LACAC Society for sensitive detailing and maintaining the historic
character of the existing stone building.

Hughson Centre Hamilton Ontario
Renovation of the former 80,000 S.F. Woolworth's Department
Store into office space for the Hamilton Social Services
& Employment Services Department. Facility consists
of 4 levels of office space, training facilities, and
some ground floor commercial space. The streetscape façade
maintains the historic art deco period of the existing
building. A key element in the Downtown Renewal Program.

Penman's Building-Renovation & Change of Use, Paris, Ontario
Renovation of a hundred year old first empire heritage building into a modern
office building. New offices are sensitively weaved into the existing wood structure
while maintaining the historical character of the building. The design included
reuse of the exterior arched windows as interior office screens throughout.
